We started off the Halloween festivities this year with a class field trip to the pumpkin patch. Lainee's teacher is so much fun, and the trip was a big success. The rule was you can pick out any pumpkin you want as long as you can carry it to the bus. Lainee realized she had a mom that is a sucker, so she picked out the biggest one she could find, and asked way too nicely if I would carry it. I'm a sucker.
Getting ready to carve. Cleaning out the guts was NOT on the top of Lainee's awesome list. She gagged and almost threw up the first time she stuck her hand in. Funny girl.
Grabbed a quick picture of the girls just before our ward Christmas party. Brianne ripped off her hat 2 seconds after the picture and never put it back on. But we got one!
Lainee was adamant that on actual Halloween, she wanted a braid like Rapunzel's with flowers in it. This is the best I could do, but she was happy. So all is well.
